Shipping policy

Order processing times  Most orders ship within 5 business days of purchase. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Domestic shipping options  We ship anywhere in the U.S. via USPS.

Shipping costs  All orders $70+ ship for free. Otherwise, shipping costs depend on your location, shipping speed, and the total volume and weight of your order.

Local pick up and delivery options  You may buy online and pick up from our shop in Tyler, Texas. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be ready. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Local delivery in Tyler is available on special occasions. Watch our social media channels for announcements.

We also sometimes host scheduled deliveries to nearby towns; watch our social media channels for information on when we'll be popping up near you. 

Returns, changes, and cancellations  If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us so we can make it right. If you need to make a change to an order you place online, please call us at the shop (903-266-9258) during business hours (M-F, 10-5; Sat 10-4).
