FAQs

How long until my caramel apple expires?

If you’re purchasing in store, your apples will be good at room temperature for about 3 days. Can’t eat them that quickly? They’ll last in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

If our apples are being shipped to you, you can leave them at room temperature for the first day. We recommend popping them in the fridge afterward.

Do you ship with ice packs?

We use ice packs as the shipping destination requires. If you live far away from our shop in Tyler, TX, or if it’s excessively warm outside, we may add ice packs to ensure your order makes it to you in the best condition.
